Carroll's collection of military rings began ten years ago with Great Seal, designed after the Great Seal of The United States. Each of his military rings carries a different significance of the bald eagle in the history of America. All of his military jewelry is handcrafted, hand polished and made and manufactured in the United States. All of his military rings are registered in the U.S. Library of Congress.
"I wanted to design military rings with a strong look. I needed a military ring to be heavy in weight, and extreme in detail.
